Grantzaos Villas are set in beautiful landscaped gardens with children’s play area and BBQ facilities. All pets are welcome. Baby cots are available on request and maid service is daily with changing of the linen every three days. The nearest mini market and small shops are just a 50m walk away.

Beautiful olive groves, vineyards and greenery with the wild flowers of Zakynthos surround the whole area.

The main area of Agios Sostis is on the coast and is extremely idyllic with its beachfront cafes and tavernas, sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

It is just a 350m walk along beautiful country lanes filled with olive groves and vineyards.

It is 16km from Zakynthos Town, 10km from the airport and 5km to the nearby busy resort of Laganas.

The accommodation comprises of two separate villas divided into four apartments newly constructed.

Each villa has a ground floor apartment suitable for 4-5 persons.

There are two single beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa to allow a fifth person.

The living area has a table and chairs, wooden wardrobe and an archway into the fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom is spacious with bath and shower and there is a large spacious furnished balcony.

The first-floor apartment is a two-storey construction suitable for 5-6 persons.

The First floor area has a double bed, wooden wardrobe, bathroom with bath and shower and fully equipped kitchen.

A wooden staircase takes you to the upstairs, which has a double and single bed and another bathroom with shower. The main balcony is on the ground floor area although there is a small balcony upstairs offering fantastic panoramic sea views.
